Business writing is a discipline of its own, and while I can appreciate the technicalities of this genre, I do try to infuse human elements into these stories as much as I can.

How I take care of business

Oftentimes, business writing involves external parties of some sort. The relevant parties would send in studies and press releases—say the abolishment of the Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) or Japan’s ageing problem—and it’ll be my job to follow up and produce the entire story.
